Overview

Antoine Marcantoni has been an Adven partner since the firm was founded in 2014. He has more than 17 years’ experience as a lawyer specialising in public law and urban planning.

Antoine is mainly involved in legal matters involving public contracts (public procurement, partnerships, concessions), construction (public and private works), urban planning, public body criminal law (probity and compliance), and local law (Alsace-Moselle). Antoine lectures at the University of Strasbourg.

Dedicated to the values defended by Adven, equal opportunity and the refusal of any discrimination, Antoine is involved with the D-CLIC association to help students achieve their projects goals and access legal professions. The Adven Prize, awarded each year in conjunction with this association, offers a school pupil a long-term tutorship within the Adven firm.

Experience

Provided legal assistance to the Ministry of Economy for the award (competitive dialogue) and execution of a global public performance contract for the construction of an administrative complex (project cost over M€25)

Provided legal assistance for the Council of State regarding the performance of a pre-sale contract for the rehabilitation of a public building (administrative court)

2021

Administrative and criminal action challenging the award of a public contract (action for damages before the administrative courts and criminal action for favouritism).
