Clément Haberbusch specializes in mergers-acquisitions and corporate law.

He intervenes in acquisitions operations and corporate rapprochements. He also intervenes in private equity operations (leveraged buyouts, restructurings), in matters concerning joint ventures, strategic alliances, and in drafting and in negotiating stockholders’ agreements and commercial agreements.

He advises French entrepreneurs and companies in France and abroad to their efforts to achieve growth (acquisitions, partnerships, financing). He also counsels companies, private investors, startups, and entrepreneurs on fundraising, and venture capital or development capital, particularly in technology sectors and regulated sectors.

He teaches fiscal law at EM Strasbourg (business and law school).
